4 Colorful Liners That Are Perfect for Spring & Summer

As I’ve mentioned many times before, Glossier Play has brought back the pencil liner. It’s always been here but since Glossier said it’s cool, it’s officially cool. They brought out a liner that comes in a bunch of unique colors but unfortunately, the formula isn’t as good as many hoped.

Thankfully there are other brands that do colored liners quite well. I picked out 4 that vary in formula and prices to suit everyone’s needs. I obviously made a list of them and I want to share them with you today.

Let’s do this!

The Liners

Colourpop Crème Gel Liner

If you didn’t know that Colourpop does some of the best colorful liners in the business, now you do. They have a huge shade range and different finishes for you to choose from. You can get these as a pencil liner, in a pot, or in liquid form. But my favorite part about them is that they’re super affordable!

Kiko Milano Lasting Precision Automatic Eyeliner and Khôl

I recently started playing with these and let me tell you, they are so good! And so affordable! The formula is easy to use, the pigmentation is impressive, and once these liners set, they are not going anywhere. They have a smaller shade range but they have a few fun colors you can play with.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

These babies have been around forever and they’re not going anywhere. As expected from UD the shade range for these liners is huge and they have many different finishes. They’re user-friendly and the formula is quite long-lasting. One of my favorite things about these liners is that UD is always coming out with fun colors. So there’s always something new to try.

Lastly, we have the beautiful Marc Jacobs liners. These are on the luxe side so they’re pricier than the other options. But they’re totally worth it. The formula is beautiful and it glides on the eyes seamlessly. No tugging! They have a fun shade range but they also have more neutral colors for those of you who don’t feel like adding too much to your look.

Before I end this I just want to make myself clear. I’m not hating on Glossier Play. I just think that there are better alternatives for colorful liners out there and I wanted to share that with you.

That being said, if you have any other colorful liners that you love, don’t hesitate to let me know!

Thank you so much for reading!

Lots of love,

Isa ❤
