There have been a lot of new releases in the beauty world lately and I’m having a hard time keeping up. Fortunately, I have social media to help me pick and choose products I actually want to buy. Like the new Nudestix Nudies Tinted Blur Stick.
This product has been out for over a month but it’s still fairly new. It’s a very innovative product and it stands out from other base products in the market. I heard a lot of people raving about it and calling it the ‘perfect summer base‘ so I decided I needed to try it out for myself.
Here’s what I think.
The packaging of this product is very cohesive to the brand. It’s very small which makes it easy to travel with and it twists up so it makes it easier to use. I do have to say though, that the cap is really shitty. It doesn’t close properly and it keeps on falling out which makes the product smudge on everything. Has anyone else had this issue?
This retails for $30 and there are only 0.22 oz. of product inside. In my opinion the price point is a bit high for the amount of product that you get but I really like it so I’m willing to overlook that.
The formula on this is very unique and a little hard to explain. It’s very blurring like the name suggests but it also evens out the skin. It’s really lightweight and sheer but you can build up the coverage without a problem. This foundation honestly made my skin look very healthy and dewy and I adore it. It lasts a long time on the skin, even when I sweat. Perfect for the hot summer months!
If you want a fuller coverage you can use this as a primer under any foundation. You can also use it to do a very natural highlight/contour which is amazing! This is a versatile product that works on all skin types. There are only 10 shades in the range which is not ideal but this is a very sheer product so most people will be able to work with them.
If you’re not a foundation wearer but you want a little something for your skin I definitely recommend this product! And if you’re looking for your perfect lightweight base for summer, look no further than the Nudies Tinted Blur Sticks.
Have you tried these yet? What do you think of them?
See you next week,
